‘Systematic change’ needed in tort reforms for market equilibrium: Zywave panel

Market hardening will continue in the casualty space until there’s “systematic change” in tort reforms, which will ultimately come from a push by clients and not insurance carriers, according to panelists speaking at the Zywave Casualty Insights Conference.

While panelists agreed that tort reform is needed, they noted that it couldn’t be achieved by force from the insurance industry alone.
