The representation of women in leadership positions grew by 2 percentage points to 32% across the London market in 2022, according to Lloyd’s annual survey.

The fourth iteration of Lloyd’s Market Policies & Practices (MP&P), found this improvement across all three levels surveyed – boards, executive committees and direct reports of executive committees.
