Generali posts EUR2.7bn profit for 2022 and 93.2% P&C combined ratio

Generali reported a profit of EUR2.7bn ($2.9bn) in its P&C division for 2022, an increase of 1.7%, driven by both motor and non-motor lines of business.

At a group level, the carrier delivered a record operating result of EUR6.5bn, mainly driven by the life results.
