McGill and Partners has appointed three partners – Paul Morgan, Breda Duignan and Abel Budd – to its financial lines team.

Morgan joins from AJ Gallagher, where he was head of the financial institutions team, Duignan from Aon, and Budd from the executive risks team at Beazley, where he was a senior underwriter.
