Mosaic Insurance has appointed Jennifer Zhu, who has been a regular board attendee since the carrier’s inception in 2021, to its board of directors.

Zhu is a principal at private-equity firm Golden Gate Capital, which holds a majority stake in Mosaic through its financial services portfolio company Angel Island Capital.
