Jean-Pierre Clamadieu, a member of Axa’s board of directors, chairman of the compensation, governance and sustainability committee and senior independent director since April 2019, is set to retire from the board.

Clamadieu’s term of office, after an 11-year tenure, expires at the end of the shareholders’ meeting.
