Combined P&I club NorthStandard has officially launched, creating an $800mn premium business with more than 700 employees.

The merger of Standard Club and North completed as scheduled on 20 February, the renewal date in the P&I industry, with S&P Global confirming an enhanced A rating with a stable outlook for the business.
