Stockholm-based high-net-worth MGA Brookfield Underwriting has been acquired by Swedish broking group Säkra, which has just been acquired itself by private equity firm Cinven.

Brookfield specialises in providing insurance for fine art, jewellery and high-value homes for clients in the Nordics.

The MGA has capacity from several international insurers, including some in the London market.
