Apollo chief pledges to diversify Catalina away from P&C legacy business

Apollo Global Management founder and CEO Marc Rowan has spelled out plans to shift 50% of daughter company Catalina’s capacity away from P&C business.

On an analyst call to discuss Apollo’s fourth-quarter earnings, Rowan said the company no longer sees P&C legacy business as being optimal.
