Fidelis Insurance Group looks likely to press ahead with an IPO late in the first quarter or in the second quarter after the completion of the business bifurcation in early January, this publication can reveal.

Sources said that Fidelis’ ~$2bn equity balance sheet business – which is led by CEO Dan Burrows – has filed an S-1 confidentially for a New York debut.
