Lloyd’s has appointed former Ascot CEO Andrew Brooks as deputy chair of the Council, replacing Aon’s Dominic Christian.

The appointment is effective immediately and confirms speculation in the market that Brooks would be chosen for the job following his retirement from Ascot earlier this week.
