Aircraft lessor hits back at insurers in battle for $43mn claim

Falcon 2019-1 Aircraft 3, a securitisation entity which is managed and serviced by Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), has submitted its reply in an ongoing case against 11 insurers regarding aircraft stuck in Russia.
