Aon has promoted Matthew Alcott to the position of UK chief commercial officer (CCO) and added him to the broker’s UK leadership team.

Alcott takes over from Jane Kielty, head of commercial risk UK, and will also serve as Aon’s large and mid-market segment leader alongside Michelle Manson.
