City Minister Andrew Griffith has outlined hopes for the Financial Services and Markets Bill – which will enact various regulatory reforms including a new competitiveness objective – to be on the statute book by Easter.

Speaking at The City UK’s Annual Dinner last night, Griffith outlined his general ambitions for what the Bill, as part of the broader so-called Edinburgh reforms, will deliver.
