QBE posts drop in gender pay gap, commits to ethnicity targets

QBE has revealed that its mean gender pay gap fell in 2022 to a greater degree than in 2021, while committing to targets – that it aims to hit by 2025 – around ethnicity representation across its staff.

The carrier’s UK Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap Report indicated how its mean gender pay gap has been falling since 2020, dropping by 1.1%
