Aspen appoints Duffy as non-executive director on UK boards

Aspen has appointed former Canopius CUO Mike Duffy as a senior non-executive director on the boards for Aspen Managing Agency and Aspen Insurance UK, effective as of 1 February.

He will also chair the nominations committee and the governance committee.

Duffy spent 17 years at Canopius, his departure from which was announced in May last year.
