BHSI appoints De Wilde head of property for Switzerland

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has hired Bart De Wilde as head of property, Switzerland, to lead its growing property underwriting team in the country.

De Wilde is an underwriter and engineer by background, with more than 20 years’ experience. He joins from a role as deputy head of group insurance at Holcim, the building products and services firm.
