Legacy carrier Marco Capital has received approval from the High Court for a Part VII transfer of remaining risks from Allianz Suisse’s UK branch, representing its first completed Part VII transfer.

The approval takes effect from the end of January, with the risks transferring to Marco’s UK carrier, British Reserve Insurance Company.
