Fidelis secures approval to represent itself in AerCap court case

Fidelis has been granted permission by a judge to represent itself in its High Court case against AerCap.

In a hearing this morning, the carrier, represented by Reynolds Porter Chamberlain, argued that, because it was being sued under both the all-risk and war policies that it should be allowed to represent itself.
