Newline has appointed Richard Spotswood as head of cyber liability, a role in which he will oversee and lead the development of the company’s global cyber portfolio.

Spotswood has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance market and joins Newline from Liberty Specialty Markets, where he was a cyber underwriter.
