Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has announced a string of appointments within its UK executive and professional lines business, including the promotion of Jess Kirby to head of the unit.

Kirby, who was previously head of commercial management liability for the UK, replaces Chris Warrior, who will now focus on driving underwriting performance across each of the executive and professional lines segments.
