BMS’ investment of up to £355mn ($428mn) from private equity firm Eurazeo, based on an enterprise value of £1.75bn, is clearly a coup for the London and international wholesaler.

The deal, revealed by this publication two days before Christmas, demonstrates how far the business has come since its sale by Minova to Preservation Capital Partners (PCP) and British Columbia Investment (BCI) at a valuation of £500mn in 2019.
