Darag names Guy Carp’s Wagner as head of M&A Europe

Legacy acquirer Darag Group has appointed Till Mathis Wagner as head of M&A Europe.

Wagner joins from Guy Carpenter, where he was managing director of strategic advisory Europe, and will be based in Munich.
