BMS confirms Eurazeo investment of up to £355mn

BMS and French private equity firm Eurazeo have confirmed the latter’s investment into the specialty and reinsurance broker, for which it will acquire up to 34% of the intermediary’s share capital.

This publication revealed this morning that BMS had secured a minority investment from Eurazeo that places an enterprise value of the broker of £1.75bn
