Helios raises £240,000 through open offer

Lloyd’s capacity provider Helios Underwriting has raised £240,000 ($294,000) from an open offer to common shareholders.

The additional fundraising comes after Helios raised gross proceeds of £12.5mn through a share placing in November.

It had mooted raising up to a further £1.5mn
