Swiss Re has nominated two female board directors to replace retiring directors Renato Fassbind and Susan Wagner in April.

Vanessa Lau and Pia Tischhauser will stand for election as members at that time, at the company’s AGM.

Lau is the group chief financial officer of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX).
