A judge has granted appeals in cases in which pub chain Stonegate and high street bakery Greggs have taken insurers to task over Covid BI losses.

In mid-October, Greggs won an initial case against Zurich, in which carriers had initially contended the chain could only claim for a single occurrence under its policy, which would mean applying a £2.5mn
