BMS has signed a deal to buy Eisenar, a Spanish specialty broker headquartered in Seville, for an undisclosed amount.

Founded in 2001 by Eugenio Sanchez-Belda, Eisenar places industrial risks and professional sports insurance. Sevilla football club is among its flagship clients.
