SMBC Aviation Capital has sued Lloyd’s Insurance Company (LIC), in the latest High Court case against insurers.

SMBC, alongside Global Aviation Equipment Leasing and Wilmington Trust, listed LIC as the only defendant in the case, which was filed on 28 November 2022 in the Irish High Court.
