Mosaic Insurance has opened an office in Frankfurt to meet the high demand for cyber and transactional liability coverage in Continental Europe.

The carrier has appointed Dennis Bertram as director of its European entity and head of Europe, cyber.

Bertram joins from Finlex, where he was cyber and crime product manager.
