Aon has appointed Robert De Souza as president of reinsurance solutions for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

De Souza, currently reinsurance solutions CEO for Australia and New Zealand, is replacing Jeremy Goodman, whose move to become UK president of reinsurance solutions was announced in September.
