CVC completes sale of French broker April Group to KKR

CVC Capital Partners has sold French broker April Group to global investment group KKR, which April said will provide the opportunity to accelerate its development and digitisation.

The broker had a turnover of EUR544mn ($564mn) in 2021 and expected “double-digit growth dynamics” for 2022. It has a network of 15,000 broker partners and 2,300 staff.
