The Association of British Insurers (ABI) has published a blueprint setting out a multi-year strategy to improve diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) across the insurance industry.

The blueprint takes a holistic approach to DEI and has been launched in collaboration with industry leaders to set out priority areas for the ABI to lead good practice.
