CDB Aviation latest to launch Ukraine aviation lawsuit against 18 insurers

CDB Aviation has become the latest aircraft lessor to launch legal action against insurers, filing a claim in Dublin against 18 carriers over aircraft stranded in Ukraine.

The company – owned by China Development Bank – named companies including Lloyd’s Insurance Company, Chubb, Scor, Swiss Re, Fidelis and Axis in its legal filing.
