Generali P&C profits up 3% YTD to EUR1.8bn as GWP swells 21%

Generali’s P&C division posted profits of EUR1.8bn ($1.8bn) in the first nine months, up 3% from the same point last year.

The carrier said the result demonstrated the “solidity” of the group and its ability to create value despite macroeconomic uncertainty.
