Acrisure closes on $1bn incremental term loan facility

Acrisure has announced the closing of a $1bn incremental term loan facility, less than six months after securing a $725mn Series B preferred equity funding round that valued the company at $23bn.

Acrisure says it will use the proceeds of the facility to fund future acquisitions and pay related fees and expenses.
