Howden Re has appointed Doreen Tan as director of treaty and retrocession for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), effective immediately.

Tan will be responsible for servicing clients and markets across Asia Pacific and will be based in Singapore, reporting to Stephen Warwick, head of treaty for Asia Pacific.
