PPL doubles profits to £8.8mn in 2021

Placing Platform Limited (PPL) has reported a full-year profit of £8.83mn ($9.95mn), more than double its prior-year profits of £4.27mn, in its 2021 accounts published on Companies House.

PPL reported spending £4.38mn on salaries and associated costs, as well as £5.5mn on consultancy fees, and £9.93mn to a software provider for “access, maintenance and services relating to the PPL insurance and reinsurance trading platform”.
