Howden appoints Axa XL’s Lutgen as COO for Europe

Howden has appointed Philippe Lutgen as COO for Europe, effective immediately.

Lutgen will report to Howden Europe CEO Luigi Sturani and be based in London.

In the new role, Lutgen will lead operations across Europe (excluding the UK), supporting the development and execution of Howden’s growth strategy.
