Atlantic Canada faces Sandy-level damage from Hurricane Fiona

Hurricane Fiona is forecast to have a significant impact on Canada’s Atlantic coast, most notably Nova Scotia, by late Friday, according to meteorologists and the National Hurricane Center (NHC).

Having swept by Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic early this week, Fiona has grown into a Category 4 storm as it moves west of Bermuda.
