Fusion Specialty adds Aviva’s Berridge and Guo to UK team

M&A and financial lines MGA Fusion Specialty has appointed Oliver Berridge as director and Yinan Guo as associate, reporting to senior partner Samuel Shirley.

Berridge joins from Aviva, where he was an M&A underwriter.

Prior to this, he was a senior associate for M&A at Ambridge Europe.
