R&Q shareholders have voted against resolutions to oust current leader William Spiegel and appoint founder and former leader Ken Randall as a director, in a ballot at a special general meeting.

A total of 70% of shareholders voted against the motion to remove Spiegel as a director, while 65% voted against a motion to appoint Randall as a director.
