The board of R&Q has responded to an open letter from shareholder Phoenix criticising R&Q executive chairman William Spiegel and noted several “inaccuracies and misrepresentations” within said missive.

The original letter, penned by Phoenix CIO and co-founder Gary Channon, described the carrier as being “not competently led” by Spiegel.
