R&Q Insurance Holdings has flagged “potential conflicts of interest” relating to former leader Ken Randall's involvement with companies attempting to oust William Spiegel as leader.

The company has come under fire from major shareholders Phoenix and Brickell to remove Spiegel as leader and install Randall as a replacement in the wake of the abandoned takeover of the company by Brickell.
