R&Q appoints Legget senior independent director

R&Q has hired Robert Legget, who will join the board on 26 August, as senior independent director.

The company said the appointment was made as part of plans to enhance its board composition.

It also intends to introduce an independent non-executive chairman as soon as possible, as well as independent directors in due course.
