Kentro Capital and Xenia have sued Credit Risk Solutions (CRS) co-founder Hayden Tennant for allegedly derailing the attempted sale of Xenia and conspiring to launch a rival brokerage in breach of contractual obligations.

BP Marsh-backed Nexus Group, since rebranded as Kentro, pulled plans to sell trade credit subsidiary Xenia in 2021, as reported by Insurance Insider.
