R&Q shareholder Vida Capital Management has issued a statement in support of the company’s existing management team, board and executive chairman William Spiegel.

The missive comes after R&Q’s largest shareholder Brickell PC Insurance Holdings, which has a 12.7% stake in the firm, and second largest investor Phoenix Asset Management, which has a 12.2%
