S&P Global Ratings revised its rating outlook on Fidelis Insurance Holdings to stable from positive and affirmed its ‘BBB’ long-term issuer credit rating.

It also affirmed the ‘A-’ long term issuer credit and financial strength rating on Fidelis’ three core operating subsidiaries: Fidelis Insurance Bermuda Ltd, Fidelis Insurance Ireland DAC and Fidelis Underwriting Ltd.
