Jensten completes deal to acquire MGA Origin UW

The Jensten Group has completed a deal to acquire Origin UW, an MGA that provides commercial insurance solutions for SMEs and professionals, following regulatory approval.

Origin UW specialises in writing business for clients with a turnover of up to £50mn. Jensten said the MGA has the appetite to “consider 95% of businesses in the UK”.
