D&O returning to broker forms as rate falls continue: Gallagher

Insureds can now achieve broader coverage and lower retentions in the D&O market, with programmes more openly placed on broker forms than with more restrictive insurer wordings, according to Gallagher.

The broker said in a D&O market report that both new capacity and the revival of established markets in London were driving savings for clients, after a period of dramatic rate increases.
